General FAQ's

Yes, we have public and employer’s liability insurance.

We accept cash, card and bank transfer only.

We recommend this as our machine often frightens pets and although we love pets our aim is to protect them whilst we carry out our work.

Most of the time, Yes. We have a specialised odour and urine treatment processes so please ask about this when you get in touch.

We generally get good results when we know what the stain is, and it has been left untreated. Some stains will be permanent which means we cannot offer any guarantee they will be removed.

Yes, we often get asked to deal with burst pipes, radiator and washing machine floods.

Carpet Cleaning FAQ's

No, although this is the preferred method, we have other ways to clean your carpets depending on the situation and type of carpet.

No, this is considered the best and safest method to clean your carpets.

Most of the time your carpets will be dry when we leave. However, depending on temperature of the room and the pile of the carpet it could take a couple of hours extra.

Some carpets may be prone to shrinkage, for example wool carpets with a jute backing. We are experienced and take preventative measures. If necessary, we will refuse a job to protect your carpet.

Generally, we allow 3 hours to clean your carpets. However, this can vary depending on factors outside of our control.

Depending on several factors such as time of year, number of occupants, and pets. The recommendation is to clean your carpets every six months.

We would prefer that you move as much furniture as you can. More importantly any large or small items of value. Please note this may incur an additional charge. This allows us to concentrate solely on cleaning your carpet and getting the best result.

Commercial Carpet Cleaning FAQ's

We will work with you to find the best way to clean your carpets with minimal disruption to your business.

This is the preferred method for the initial clean. We perform other methods to clean your carpets during the maintenance visits.

The recommendation after your first deep clean is to clean your carpets every three months. We offer a service plan for this.

We would prefer that you move as much furniture as you can. More importantly any large or small items of value. This allows us to concentrate solely on cleaning your carpet and getting the best result. Please note that moving furniture will be factored into the quotation.

Upholstery Cleaning FAQ's

No, this is considered the best and safest method to clean your upholstery.

Most of the time your upholstery will be dry when we leave. However, depending on temperature of the room and type of fabric it could take a couple of hours extra with ventilation.

Generally, we allow 3 hours to clean your upholstery and mattresses. However, this can vary depending on factors outside of our control.

Depending on several factors such as time of year, number of occupants, and pets. For example, when sofa cleaning, we recommend a new clean every six months.

Yes, we clean both sides and all edges of your mattress with low controlled water pressure to protect the integrity of your mattress. We can also treat urine and odours during this process.
